We had a beautiful evening to get out for 10 minutes before the dance started. You don’t have to walk far for great backdrops at the Legacy.

Lindsay and Geoff had a great day for their wedding at Breezy Point Resort. Perfect weather for an outdoor ceremony…After a pontoon ride with the wedding party we moved to the Lakeside Ballroom for the dinner and dance.

We started our photos at Cragun’s Legacy before the ceremony. We had a few clouds that gave us some great soft light. After the ceremony in Nisswa we headed back to the Legacy for the reception. It was a perfect evening for the social hour and chipping contest on the patio. Thanks for a fun day!

Julie and Chris wanted to focus most of our time on casual, candid photography. We spent just a few minutes  with group photos and other posed images.  The ceremony site and lodge grounds were beautifully decorated and the dinner and dance were held under the tent on the front lawn. We were able to cover a lot of the day with our 4 hours of time. Thank you!

Jennifer and Joe were married on a Sunday in June. They held their ceremony at the Antler’s Pavilion and then moved over to the Lakeside Ballroom for a short reception. The weather was unpredictable, but the rain did not start until after the ceremony. We caught a break in the clouds for a few shots on the beach at the end of the day. As we walked by the playground Jennifer decided a shot on the slide could be fun. I wiped off the rain puddles and with a little prodding we got Joe on-board for the idea. It was a fun shot to end the day with!

This was my third wedding with the Yaunick family, and a lot of fun…as I expected. They know how to throw a great party. After the ceremony at the Arboretum in Brainerd we moved to the Yaunick family home for the reception and dance.
